Everyday is relatively the same for me, twice a week we have team workouts at 7am where we focus on our weightlifting. the other 5 days of the week is when I run my 10km. I also focus my workouts towards exercises that will help me be more agile and fast. As a libero I believe I need to be the fastest player on the court. Each workout consists of a 10km run, 50 sets of stairs, core 400 and 12 rounds of agility. I believe these workouts prepare me to perform to my best self everyday.
